These public Terms become binding only when incorporated into an Order Form or accepted by an authorized Customer representative. A signed master services agreement or Order Form may modify specific provisions.

The Customer retains ownership. Aries AI processes it only to deliver and secure the contracted Services.

Core contracted functionality is not materially reduced during an active term without reasonable notice and a transition path.

The public framework avoids invented pricing and one-size-fits-all service promises. Commercial variables remain controlled by the Order Form.
Fees & invoices
The Order Form controls price, currency, billing schedule, payment terms and permitted expenses. Undisputed invoices default to 30-day terms when the Order Form is silent.
Term & renewal
The Order Form controls the subscription term and renewal. If it is silent, the subscription does not automatically renew.
Intellectual property
Aries AI retains the Reach platform and technology. The Customer retains Customer Data and its implementation materials.
Confidentiality
Both parties protect non-public business, technical, security and commercial information using at least reasonable care.

Security, suspension, termination and data exit are connected—so a response is proportionate, a cure is possible and the Customer retains an orderly route out.

Aries Reach provides AI-powered feedback and analytics services for businesses.
We do not provide:
- Ownership of Platform data
- Control over the Platform's software or content
- Responsibility for the security or privacy of any sensitive data you choose to upload
SECTION 03Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Interfere with the Platform's functionality
- Attempt to access restricted areas or systems
- Use automated tools to extract Platform data (bots/scrapers)
- Distribute harmful code or engage in malicious activity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
SECTION 04Privacy and Sensitive Data
You are responsible for any personal or sensitive information you provide. Aries Reach is not responsible for any disclosure, misuse, or breach of your sensitive data uploaded or entered into the Platform.
SECTION 05Intellectual Property and Data Ownership
All content, software, and data on the Platform are owned by Aries Reach. By using the Platform, you agree that:
- You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Platform or its content
- Usage of data generated by the Platform is licensed to you for your business purposes only, not for resale or redistribution
SECTION 06Third-Party Tools
The Platform may integrate with third-party tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel
These third parties may collect technical and usage data. Your use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of their respective terms and policies.
SECTION 07No Guarantees or Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy of AI-generated insights
- Availability of the Platform
- Completeness or reliability of content
SECTION 08Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aries Reach is not liable for:
- Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform
- Loss of data, including sensitive information you upload
- Errors, omissions, or outdated content
Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
SECTION 09Links to Third-Party Websites
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their:
- Content
- Security
- Privacy practices
You access those websites at your own discretion.
SECTION 10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Aries Reach harmless from any claims or damages arising from:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time without notice if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan.
