Public enterprise notice
AGREEMENT PRIORITY

This Disclaimer explains public information and AI-use boundaries. It does not replace an executed Order Form, master agreement, service schedule, DPA or other binding commitment.

THE BINDING AGREEMENT CONTROLS
THE RESPONSIBLE DECISION PATH

From signal to action,
with judgment in the loop.

Reach helps teams transform stakeholder input into enterprise intelligence. Verification and accountable approval remain part of the operating design—not an afterthought.

  1. Signal

Feedback, voice, text, context and authorized connected data.

  2. AI-assisted intelligence

Transcription, translation, classification, summarization, themes and indicators.

  3. Human judgment

Verification, context, professional review and accountable enterprise action.

RESPONSIBILITY BOUNDARY

Decision support,
not decision substitution.

Reach can surface patterns, themes, summaries and recommendations. It cannot replace the authority, context and professional judgment required for consequential enterprise decisions.

  • Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or contextually unsuitable.
  • Material facts should be confirmed against authoritative evidence.
  • Review should increase with the potential impact of the decision.
  • Aries AI retains every responsibility allocated to it by the Agreement.
CORE BOUNDARIES

What every enterprise team
should understand.

The notice avoids blanket disclaimers. Each boundary is tied to a practical operating expectation and remains subordinate to binding commitments.

Professional advice

Reach provides business and operational decision support. It does not replace legal, medical, financial, regulatory, safety or other qualified professional advice.

AI accuracy

Outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent or contextually unsuitable. Material facts require independent verification.

Customer configuration

Purpose, inputs, sampling, workflows, permissions and integrations shape the result. The Customer remains responsible for lawful configuration and use.

Sensitive information

Sensitive data requires a necessary, lawful and contractually approved use case with appropriate access, retention, security and governance controls.

Third-party services

Customer-selected services remain subject to their own terms and practices. Approved Subprocessors remain governed by the DPA.

Availability & change

Roadmaps and demonstrations are not binding commitments. Contracted features, service levels and remedies remain controlled by the Agreement.

USE-CASE GOVERNANCE

The greater the impact,
the stronger the review.

High-impact and regulated uses require more than a generic warning. They need explicit scope, evidence, oversight and accountable authorization.

STANDARD ENTERPRISE USE

Decision support with governed review.

Use Reach to understand stakeholder signals, prioritize issues, route work and improve operations—supported by trained users, suitable validation and accountable approvals.

  • Verify material facts
  • Apply proportionate human review
  • Document consequential decisions
  • Maintain escalation and correction routes
REGULATED OR HIGH-IMPACT USE

Approval before production use.

A use that may materially affect rights, health, safety, eligibility, employment, essential services or regulatory compliance requires a documented review and express contractual scope.

  • Suitability and impact assessment
  • Legal basis and required notices
  • Qualified human oversight
  • Validation, monitoring and authorization
